Post #36 on Table Hopping Blog – about Mealeo.

December 30, 2009

i have used mealeo about a dozen times… it has worked well every time… the only time it didn’t was because i didn’t specify how i wanted the item done, & the restaurant called me to find out before they made it… they had my name & phone number sent to them with my mealeo order, so they could contact me if needed & that time they needed to… other then that, it’s been flawless…
one of the best things about mealeo… is that it’s fun to use!!!

“We love this website!! The girls I work with and I have used this site 3 days in a row to order lunch and everything was great! I had one issue today that was a mistake on my part and Blake from Mealeo called me to straighten everything out! Great site, awesome service from the great restaurants and fantastic customer service from the site itself! Comment by Amanda — December 30th, 2009 @ 10:52 am”

Feedback from a Mealeo Fan

October 6, 2009

Ken R. placed his first order through Mealeo the other day – here’s his feedback… “LOVE IT, USED IT TODAY FIRST TIME, PLACED ORDER AND PAID FOR IT, WALKED IN, GOT FOOD AND LEFT, THIS IS SLICKER THAN SHIT!” Thanks Ken, glad you love it!

Your web site is one of the cleanest looking and most functional sites I’ve ever used. Kudos to whoever came up with the look, feel, and overall design of the site, it’s all very impressive. Once I signed up, which was incredibly easy to do, I literally had an order placed and paid for within just a few minutes. It really was that easy. The only suggestion I’d have at the moment is that you definitely need to advertise and get the word out there. Once consumers start talking about Mealeo, word will travel to restaurants in the area, which means more of them will want to be part of the service. The more choices people have when they log in, the more likely they are to place an order, naturally. And on a more personal note, the customer service is superb. Blake was extremely helpful and is a very down to earth guy. He clearly believes that the customer is priority number one. Thanks man. I’ll try my best to place an order at least a few times a month. Please add Upper Crust and do your best to get Fortune Cookies to start delivering though. ;)
